【摘要】：正1病例簡(jiǎn)介男,72歲。主訴:11 d前突然出現(xiàn)胸悶、全身無(wú)力,無(wú)胸痛、意識(shí)障礙,無(wú)惡心、嘔吐等其他癥狀,到當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院行頭顱CT檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)左顳頂枕葉占位。患者無(wú)吸煙、吸毒史,無(wú)家族遺傳病史。血常規(guī)、尿常規(guī)檢查各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)正常,肝腎功能、凝血功能未見(jiàn)明顯異常。血清學(xué)檢查人類(lèi)免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、EB病毒(EBV)陰性。體格檢查無(wú)陽(yáng)性體征。神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)檢查未見(jiàn)明顯異常。數(shù)字化X線(xiàn)攝影檢查示雙肺未
[Abstract]:Case profile male, 72 years old. The chief complaint: 11 days before the sudden emergence of chest tightness, general weakness, no chest pain, disturbance of consciousness, no nausea, vomiting and other symptoms, to the local hospital cranial CT examination found that the left temporoparietal occipital lobe occupied. The patient had no history of smoking, drug use and family genetic disease. The indexes of blood routine and urine routine examination were normal, liver and kidney function, coagulation function were not abnormal. Serological examination of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), EB) (EBV) negative. No positive signs were found in the physical examination.
