【摘要】：目的探討交感皮膚反應(yīng)(SSR)、肛門括約肌肌電圖(EAS-EMG)判斷帕金森病患者自主神經(jīng)功能障礙的價(jià)值。方法選取50例帕金森病患者(帕金森病組),42例健康體檢者作為對(duì)照組;兩組均行帕金森病自主神經(jīng)癥狀量表(SCOPA-AUT)評(píng)分判斷自主神經(jīng)功能,行SSR和EAS-EMG檢查。分析SCOPA-AUT評(píng)分與SSR、EASEMG的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果帕金森病組與對(duì)照組SCOPA-AUT評(píng)分分別為(32.30±14.38)、(3.29±2.07)分,兩組比較P0.01。帕金森病組自主神經(jīng)功能障礙(PD-AS)39例(78%),不伴自主神經(jīng)功能障礙(PD-NAS)11例(22%)。與對(duì)照組比較,帕金森病組PD-AS者SSR潛伏期延長(zhǎng)、波幅降低(P均0.05);PD-AS者與PD-NAS者SSR異常率分別為82.1%、18.2%,二者比較P0.01。EAS-EMG檢測(cè)結(jié)果顯示,帕金森病組PD-AS者運(yùn)動(dòng)單位動(dòng)作電位(MUAP)平均時(shí)限、多相波百分比顯著高于PD-NAS者(P均0.05)。帕金森病組SCOPA-AUT評(píng)分與上、下肢SSR潛伏期均呈正相關(guān)(r分別為0.492、0.642,P均0.05);與EAS-EMG的MUAP平均時(shí)限、多相波百分比均呈正相關(guān)(r分別為0.473、0.516,P均0.05)。結(jié)論 SSR和EAS-EMG可用于評(píng)價(jià)帕金森病患者自主神經(jīng)功能障礙嚴(yán)重程度。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of (SSR), anal sphincter electromyography (EAS-EMG) in the diagnosis of autonomic nervous dysfunction in patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods 50 patients with Parkinson's disease (Parkinson's disease group) and 42 healthy controls were selected as control group. The autonomic nervous function was assessed by SCOPA-AUT, SSR and EAS-EMG were performed in both groups. The correlation between SCOPA-AUT score and SSR,EASEMG was analyzed. Results the SCOPA-AUT score of Parkinson's disease group and control group was (32.30 鹵14.38), (3.29 鹵2.07), compared with that of control group (P 0.01). In Parkinson's disease group, there were 39 cases (78%) with autonomic nervous dysfunction (PD-AS) and 11 cases (22%) with no autonomic nerve dysfunction (PD-NAS). Compared with the control group, the SSR latency and amplitude of SSR were prolonged and the amplitude was decreased in PD-AS patients with Parkinson's disease, the abnormal rate of SSR in PD-AS and PD-NAS patients was 82.1 and 18.2, respectively. The results of P0.01.EAS-EMG test showed that the mean duration of (MUAP) of motor unit action potential in PD-AS patients with Parkinson's disease was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). The percentage of multiphase wave was significantly higher than that of PD-NAS (all P 0. 05). The SCOPA-AUT score was positively correlated with the upper and lower limb SSR latency (r = 0.492 鹵0.642a, P 0.05, respectively), and positively correlated with the average MUAP duration and the percentage of multiphase waves of EAS-EMG (r = 0.473 鹵0.516, P 0.05, respectively). Conclusion SSR and EAS-EMG can be used to evaluate the severity of autonomic nervous dysfunction in patients with Parkinson's disease.
