【摘要】：目的探討腦卒中患者血清中氧化應(yīng)激指標(biāo)水平的變化及其臨床意義。方法采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)(ELISA)測(cè)定168例腦卒中患者[其中缺血性腦卒中(IS)86例、出血性腦卒中(ICH)82例]和93名健康體檢者(正常對(duì)照組)血清8-羥基脫氧鳥(niǎo)苷酸(8-OHd G)、丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽過(guò)氧化物酶(GSH-Px)。結(jié)果 IS和ICH組血清8-OHd G水平{中位數(shù)(M)[四分位數(shù)間距(P25~P75)]}分別為17.4(8.3~32.1)、9.3(6.6~21.8)ng/m L,MDA水平[M(P25~P75)]分別為5.6(4.4~11.2)、7.2(5.5~13.0)ng/m L,均明顯高于正常對(duì)照組[4.3(2.1~6.9)、2.5(1.1~4.5)ng/m L](P均0.05);GSH-Px水平[M(P25~P75)]分別為479.5(259.2~861.7)、277.3(128.6~379.6)ng/m L,明顯低于正常對(duì)照組[751.2(567.2~904.7)ng/m L](P0.05)。IS組血清8-OHd G及GSH-Px水平明顯高于ICH組(P0.05),而MDA水平2個(gè)組之間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。腦卒中患者8-OHd G與MDA、GSH-Px呈正相關(guān)(r值分別為0.21、0.59,P0.01),GSH-Px與MDA無(wú)相關(guān)性(r=0.11,P0.05)。結(jié)論血清8-OHd G、MDA和GSH-Px是腦卒中患者發(fā)生氧化應(yīng)激的靈敏指標(biāo)。8-OHd G、GSH-Px水平與腦卒中病情密切相關(guān),對(duì)腦卒中患者的鑒別診斷具有重要價(jià)值。
