【摘要】：目的分析和研究D-二聚體及纖維蛋白原在進(jìn)展性缺血性腦卒中的早期診斷價(jià)值。方法選取2013年2月至2015年2月急性缺血性腦卒中患者109例,按病情發(fā)展類型不同將其分為進(jìn)展組(A組)52例與非進(jìn)展組(B組)57例。將兩組患者D-二聚體及纖維蛋白原檢測(cè)值進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果兩組患者D-二聚體及纖維蛋白原檢測(cè)值相比較:A組患者入院24 h內(nèi)、第3天、第7天兩項(xiàng)指標(biāo)檢測(cè)值均高于B組P0.05。結(jié)論急性缺血性腦卒中患者及時(shí)行D-二聚體及纖維蛋白原監(jiān)測(cè),對(duì)預(yù)測(cè)患者病情進(jìn)展及判斷預(yù)后效果均具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the value of D-dimer and fibrinogen in the early diagnosis of progressive ischemic stroke. Methods 109 patients with acute ischemic stroke from February 2013 to February 2015 were divided into two groups: group A (52 cases) and group B (57 cases). The D-dimer and fibrinogen were compared between the two groups. Results the detection values of D-dimer and fibrinogen in group A were higher than those in group B within 24 hours, 3 days and 7 days after admission. Conclusion it is very important for patients with acute ischemic stroke to monitor D-dimer and fibrinogen in time to predict the progress of the disease and to judge the prognosis.
