Shh信號通路與腦梗死缺血區(qū)血管新生關(guān)系的研究進展

【摘要】:腦梗死后血管新生對大腦神經(jīng)功能恢復(fù)和腦組織損傷修復(fù)起著至關(guān)重要作用。Shh信號通路可通過誘導(dǎo)毛細血管內(nèi)皮細胞分化、增殖和遷移以及促進毛細血管管腔形成,從而促使血管新生,形成長而彎曲、直徑較大、分支較多的復(fù)雜血管網(wǎng)。在腦梗死治療過程中,適當調(diào)控Shh信號通路有助于改善患者預(yù)后。因此,探究Shh信號通路與腦梗死缺血區(qū)血管新生的關(guān)系具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:After cerebral infarction, angiogenesis plays an important role in the recovery of cerebral nerve function and the repair of brain injury. Shh signaling pathway can induce the differentiation, proliferation and migration of capillary endothelial cells and promote the formation of capillary lumen. Thus promoting angiogenesis, forming a long, curved, larger diameter, more branches of complex vascular network. During the treatment of cerebral infarction, proper regulation of Shh signaling pathway is helpful to improve the prognosis of patients. Therefore, it is important to explore the relationship between Shh signaling pathway and angiogenesis in ischemic area of cerebral infarction.
