【摘要】：目的檢測帕金森病合并抑郁(DPD)、帕金森病(PD)及抑郁癥(DD)的血清免疫細(xì)胞因子的變化,探討DPD的細(xì)胞因子其變化的相關(guān)因素。方法應(yīng)用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法檢測77例患者(22例DPD,33例PD,22例DD)及23例健康志愿者其血清IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α水平,并對DPD患者進(jìn)行相關(guān)量表評估。結(jié)果 DPD、PD及DD患者外周血清中IL-6和TNF-α均較正常人顯著降低,IL-18未見變化;DPD患者經(jīng)抗抑郁治療后,其IL-6及TNF-α水平顯著升高,但I(xiàn)L-18未見變化;細(xì)胞因子水平在DPD患者性別和抑郁嚴(yán)重程度不同中無差異;同時(shí)細(xì)胞因子水平的變化與DPD的UPDRS-Ⅲ、HY分期、MMSE以及HAMD-24評分不相關(guān)。結(jié)論外周血清中TNF-α和IL-6水平降低可能是DPD的早期預(yù)測指標(biāo)之一,但外周血清IL-18的作用暫不能肯定。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the changes of serum immune cytokines in Parkinson's disease (PD) complicated with depression (DPD), Parkinson's disease (PD) and depression (DD), and to explore the related factors of DPD cytokines. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) was used to detect the serum IL-6,IL-18 and TNF- 偽 levels in 77 patients (22 patients with DPD,33 PD,22 DD) and 23 healthy volunteers. Results Serum IL-6 and TNF- 偽 levels in patients with DPD,PD and DD were significantly lower than those in normal controls. After antidepressant treatment, the levels of IL-6 and TNF- 偽 in serum of patients with DPD,PD and DD were significantly increased, but no changes were found in IL-18. The level of cytokines had no significant difference in DPD patients with different sex and severity of depression, and there was no correlation between the level of cytokines and the UPDRS- 鈪，
