【摘要】：目的:探討尤瑞克林對腦梗死患者血清氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、白細(xì)胞介素1(IL-1)、血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(VEGF)水平的影響,探討尤瑞克林在急性腦梗死生理病理過程中的能夠起到抑制氧化反應(yīng)、抗炎及促血管再生等多個(gè)作用。方法:選取66例發(fā)病時(shí)間在1周內(nèi)的腦梗死患者,分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(33例)及對照組(33例)。其中實(shí)驗(yàn)組男17例,女16例,平均年齡(65.6±1.2)歲;對照組男18例,女15例,平均年齡(65.2±1.7)歲。兩組患者年齡、治療時(shí)間等差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。實(shí)驗(yàn)組給予尤瑞克林(凱力康,廣東天普生化醫(yī)藥股份有限公司)0.15PNA加入0.9%生理鹽水100ml,1次/日,靜點(diǎn),同時(shí)加用活血化瘀中藥、調(diào)整血壓、調(diào)理血糖、調(diào)整血脂等治療,治療過程平均14天。對照組給予苦碟子(碟脈靈,通化華夏藥業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司)40ml加入0.9%生理鹽水250ml中,1次/日,靜點(diǎn),同時(shí)加用改善循環(huán)藥物、調(diào)整血壓、調(diào)理血糖、調(diào)整血脂等治療,治療過程平均14天。兩組患者分別于入院后24小時(shí)內(nèi)采取空腹肘正中靜脈血2m L,治療結(jié)束后再次留取靜脈血,經(jīng)離心(4000r/min,3min)后留取血清標(biāo)本,置于-80℃冰箱保存。實(shí)驗(yàn)標(biāo)本均采用雙抗體夾心酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA)測定,試劑盒為深圳晶美公司生產(chǎn)。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)組治療前血清ox-LDL、IL-1、VEGF水平分別為(136.5±44.3)μg/L、(109.6±34.8)ng/L、(970.8±243.7)ng/L,對照組治療前血清ox-LDL、IL-1、VEGF水平分別為(137.7±41.8)μg/L、(107.3±29.4)ng/L、(980.0±290.7)ng/L。實(shí)驗(yàn)組治療后血清ox-LDL、IL-1、VEGF水平分別為(112.1±33.3)μg/L、(90.5±29.3)ng/L、(1150.0±240.6)ng/L,對照組治療后血清ox-LDL、IL-1、VEGF水平分別為(130.0±37.9)μg/L、(105.5±30.5)ng/L、(1012.7±303.3)ng/L。對實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果顯示:治療前兩組患者上述測定指標(biāo)水平相近,并無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,治療后較治療前均有所改變并具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p),而實(shí)驗(yàn)組治療后的結(jié)果變化較對照組更顯著(p0.05)。分析得出尤瑞克林能夠更好的降低腦梗死患者血清IL-1、ox-LDL水平,并有效提高腦梗死患者血清VEGF水平。結(jié)論:1.尤瑞克林能夠有效降低急性腦梗死患者血清ox-LDL、IL的水平,從而證實(shí)其具有抗氧化、抗炎的藥理作用。2.尤瑞克林能夠有效提高急性腦梗死患者血清VEGF的水平,在從而證實(shí)其具有促血管再生的作用。3.尤瑞克林能夠在急性腦梗死多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)起作用,作為多靶點(diǎn)治療的新藥值得在臨床上廣泛推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of eurexine on the levels of serum oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL), interleukin 1 (IL-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with cerebral infarction.
