【摘要】：正患者男性,40歲,因頸肩部酸痛伴四肢麻木乏力半個月入院。MRI加增強(qiáng)掃描示C3~C6水平硬脊膜增厚強(qiáng)化,C7椎體附件及鄰近軟組織、C3~C7水平右側(cè)項部軟組織多發(fā)異常信號,考慮硬脊膜來源惡性腫瘤累及C7椎體、附件及C3-C7水平右側(cè)項部軟組織,原始神經(jīng)外胚層腫瘤可能(圖1)。病理檢查眼觀:3 cm×2 cm×2 cm大小灰白色碎組織
[Abstract]:The male patient, 40 years old, was admitted to hospital for half a month due to neck and shoulder soreness and limb numbness and fatigue. MRI and enhanced scanning showed that the C3~C6 level was thickened and enhanced by dural thickening and strengthening C7 vertebral appendages and soft tissue adjacent to the right side of the C _ 3C _ 7 level, multiple abnormal signals were observed in the right side of the neck and shoulder, and the right side of the soft tissue. The primary neuroectodermal neoplasms may be involved in the C 7 vertebral body, adnexa and the right side of the C3-C7 level by considering the involvement of malignant tumors of the dura mater (Fig. 1).
