【摘要】：正患者女,27歲,3年前體檢MRI示左側(cè)顳葉囊性異常信號,考慮神經(jīng)上皮囊腫,未予治療。近2月余無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)間斷性頭暈,行CT檢查示左側(cè)顳葉占位性病變,較既往檢查稍增大。MR平掃示左側(cè)顳葉團(tuán)塊狀長T1長T2信號(圖1A),邊界清,邊緣光滑,DWI未見彌散受限(圖1B);側(cè)腦室未見明顯受壓,腦中線結(jié)構(gòu)未見受壓移位。增強(qiáng)掃描示左側(cè)顳葉病變大
[Abstract]:The female patient was 27 years old. The left temporal lobe cystic signal was demonstrated by MRI 3 years ago and the neuroepithelial cyst was considered without treatment. There was no obvious inducement for intermittent dizziness in the last two months. CT showed the left temporal lobe occupying lesion. Compared with the previous examination, Mr plain scan showed the left temporal lobe mass with long T 1 and long T 2 signal intensity (Fig. 1A), the boundary was clear, and the left temporal lobe mass had long T 1 and long T 2 signal intensity (Fig. 1A). There was no diffusive limitation on smooth edge DWI (Fig. 1B), no obvious compression in lateral ventricle and no compression shift in midline structure.
