【摘要】：正肩痛是腦卒中后常見的并發(fā)癥之一~([1]),發(fā)病率報(bào)道不一,人群研究報(bào)道從16%~([2])到84%~([2—4])不等,其發(fā)病與年齡及性別無關(guān)~([4])。肩痛在卒中后1周即可發(fā)生,但最常見于2—3個(gè)月~([3,5]),在所有腦卒中后肩痛的患者中,約28%的患者會(huì)在卒中后2周內(nèi)出現(xiàn)癥狀,87%發(fā)生于4個(gè)月內(nèi),經(jīng)過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的治療大部分患者可于6個(gè)月后得到緩解,但仍有20%的患者表現(xiàn)為常規(guī)治療無效的持續(xù)性肩痛~([1,3,6])。
[Abstract]:Shoulder pain is one of the most common complications after stroke. The incidence of shoulder pain varies from 162 to 844. The incidence of shoulder pain is not related to age and sex. Shoulder pain can occur 1 week after stroke, but it is most common in 2-3 months. Of all patients with poststroke shoulder pain, about 28% have symptoms within 2 weeks after stroke and 87% within 4 months. Most of the patients were relieved after 6 months of standardized treatment, but 20% of the patients showed persistent shoulder pain which was ineffective in routine treatment.
