【摘要】：目的:觀察頭針電刺激聯(lián)合康復(fù)訓(xùn)練治療小腦卒中共濟(jì)失調(diào)的療效。方法:將140例小腦卒中共濟(jì)失調(diào)患者按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組與對照組各70例,對照組給予基本康復(fù)訓(xùn)練,觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上加用頭針電刺激,每天1次,10次1個療程,共治療3個療程。治療前后采用世界神經(jīng)病聯(lián)合會國際合作共濟(jì)失調(diào)量表(ICARS)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Barthel指數(shù)(BI)及并發(fā)癥進(jìn)行評定。結(jié)果:2組治療后ICARS、BBS與Barthel評分均明顯優(yōu)于治療前,且觀察組改善程度優(yōu)于對照組;觀察組有效率及減少并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率方面均優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:頭針電刺激聯(lián)合康復(fù)訓(xùn)練治療小腦卒中共濟(jì)失調(diào)能明顯改善共濟(jì)失調(diào)癥狀,促進(jìn)患者平衡能力與日常生活能力的提高,減少并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective:To observe the curative effect of scalp acupuncture electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training on cerebellar apoplexy ataxia.Methods:140 patients with cerebellar apoplexy ataxia were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given basic rehabilitation training. Results: After treatment, the ICARS, BBS and Barthel scores of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment, and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can obviously improve the symptoms of ataxia, promote the improvement of balance ability and daily living ability, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
