【摘要】：目的探討身體功能狀況對腦卒中患者自主社會參與功能的影響。方法 2014年10月~2015年9月,對283例腦卒中患者采用一般情況調(diào)查表、疾病狀況調(diào)查表、自主參與問卷(IPA)、中國臨床神經(jīng)功能缺損量表(CSS)、簡易精神狀態(tài)檢查(MMSE)進行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果多元回歸分析顯示,年齡、CSS評分、MMSE評分及肢體障礙情況是腦卒中患者自主社會參與功能的影響因素(t2.513,P0.05)。結(jié)論積極預防及治療腦卒中后并發(fā)癥、及早進行康復治療對腦卒中患者社會參與功能有積極作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of physical function on the autonomic social participation of stroke patients. Methods from October 2014 to September 2015, 283 patients with stroke were investigated with general information questionnaire, disease status questionnaire, (IPA), Chinese clinical neurological impairment scale (CSS),) and simple mental state examination (MMSE). Results multiple regression analysis showed that age and CSS scores, MMSE scores and limb disorders were the influencing factors of autonomic social participation in stroke patients (t2.513 / P0.05). Conclusion Prevention and treatment of post-stroke complications and early rehabilitation play a positive role in the social participation of stroke patients.
