【摘要】：正患者男,1歲,以"頻繁性嘔吐伴行走不穩(wěn)1月余"為主訴入院。1個月前無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)頻繁性嘔吐,具體次數(shù)不詳,嘔吐物為進食奶粉,量中等,嘔吐后患者哭鬧減輕,發(fā)病后患者精神差,飲食一般,曾多次就診外院,以"胃腸疾病"診治(具體不詳),上述癥狀反復(fù)發(fā)作。后于外院行頭顱
[Abstract]:A 1-year-old male was admitted to the hospital with "frequent vomiting accompanied by unstable walking for more than one month".
