血管生長因子和基質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白在腦血管畸形中的表達(dá)差異性研究

【摘要】:目的:研究血管生長因子和基質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白在腦畸形血管中的表達(dá)差異性,為腦血管畸形生物學(xué)行為的理解和新的治療方法的研究提供依據(jù)。方法:選擇各族腦血管畸形患者(BAVM和CM)與正常相似人群各50例,通過免疫組織化學(xué)染色方法檢測腦血管畸形標(biāo)本和正常顳淺動(dòng)脈標(biāo)本中血管因子(VEGF、TGF-α)和基質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白(C-Ⅳ、α-SMA、FN、LN)的表達(dá)差異。結(jié)果:正常顳淺動(dòng)脈中VEGF和TGF-α幾乎不表達(dá),C-Ⅳ和α-SMA強(qiáng)陽性表達(dá)且排列規(guī)則整齊,強(qiáng)表達(dá)LN而不表達(dá)FN;窝苤懈弑磉_(dá)VEGF和TGF-α,而C-Ⅳ和α-SMA表達(dá)較弱且結(jié)構(gòu)排列紊亂并伴有無序膠原纖維沉積,富含F(xiàn)N基質(zhì)而缺乏LN基質(zhì)。結(jié)論:腦血管畸形與正常血管相比血管生長因子、基質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白表達(dá)存在明顯差異(P0.001)。腦血管畸形的形成、生長和破裂可能與血管生長因子和基質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白的構(gòu)成異常有關(guān)。
