缺血性腦血管病患者和家屬的健康素養(yǎng)對卒中健康宣教的影響

【摘要】:目的:通過測評缺血性腦血管病患者及家屬的健康素養(yǎng),分析影響健康素養(yǎng)的因素以及健康素養(yǎng)對患者和家屬掌握健康宣教內(nèi)容的意義。 方法:納入42例患者及57例家屬為被調(diào)查者,采用國際公認(rèn)的健康素養(yǎng)問卷調(diào)查他們的健康素養(yǎng)。采用自行設(shè)計的缺血性腦血管病健康宣教內(nèi)容,隨機(jī)對被調(diào)查者采用醫(yī)生講述或患者自行閱讀的宣教方式,采用相應(yīng)的調(diào)查問卷評價被調(diào)查者腦血管病健康宣教內(nèi)容的掌握情況。 結(jié)果:被調(diào)查者的年齡和文化程度是健康素養(yǎng)的獨(dú)立影響因素。健康素養(yǎng)是影響被調(diào)查者掌握宣教內(nèi)容的獨(dú)立因素。 結(jié)論:健康素養(yǎng)顯著影響缺血性腦血管病患者及家屬的健康宣教效果,在制定個體化的健康宣教方案時要考慮健康素養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the health literacy of ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICVD) patients and their relatives, and to analyze the factors affecting health literacy and the significance of health literacy to the patients and their families in mastering the contents of health education. Methods: 42 patients and 57 family members were investigated by international health literacy questionnaire. A self-designed health education program for ischemic cerebrovascular diseases was designed. The subjects were randomly assigned to use the methods of doctors' narration or patients' self-reading. The contents of health education on cerebrovascular diseases were evaluated by questionnaire. Results: age and education level were independent factors of health literacy. Health literacy is an independent factor that affects the subjects' mastery of the content of education. Conclusion: health literacy has a significant effect on health education of ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients and their families. Health literacy should be taken into account when formulating individualized health education programs.
