近紅外光譜分析技術(shù)在神經(jīng)科中的臨床應(yīng)用與新進(jìn)展

【摘要】:正近紅外光譜分析(near-infrared spectroscopy,NIRS)通過檢測(cè)大腦活動(dòng)的過程中微循環(huán)含氧血紅蛋白(oxyhemoglobin,Hb O2)和脫氧血紅蛋白(de-oxyhemoglobin,HbR)濃度的改變及血流動(dòng)力學(xué)變化,可反映相應(yīng)的神經(jīng)電活動(dòng)~([1]),為神經(jīng)科的臨床應(yīng)用提供了一個(gè)新的工具。本文就NIRS在神經(jīng)科領(lǐng)域的臨床應(yīng)用與新進(jìn)展綜述如下。
[Abstract]:Near-infrared spectroscopy was used to detect the changes of the concentrations of oxyglobin (HB) and deoxyhemoglobin (HB) and hemodynamic changes in the process of brain activity. It can reflect the corresponding neuroelectric activity and provide a new tool for the clinical application of neurology. In this article, the clinical application and new progress of NIRS in neurology are summarized as follows.
