【摘要】：目的探討尤瑞克林聯(lián)合降纖酶對急性腦梗塞患者神經(jīng)功能缺損及血漿纖維蛋白原的影響。方法選取我院2014年3月～2016年9月急性腦梗塞患者67例,隨機分組,對照組33例,觀察組34例,對照組予以尤瑞克林治療,觀察組實施尤瑞克林聯(lián)合降纖酶治療,觀察比較兩組治療前后神經(jīng)功能缺損(NIHSS)評分、血漿纖維蛋白原水平,并統(tǒng)計兩組臨床療效及不良反應發(fā)生率。結(jié)果觀察組總有效率為94.12%,高于對照組72.73%,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);治療后1周、2周、1個月觀察組NIHSS評分及血漿纖維蛋白原水平均低于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);兩組不良反應發(fā)生率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對急性腦梗塞患者給予尤瑞克林聯(lián)合降纖酶治療,療效顯著,可有效改善患者血漿纖維蛋白原水平及神經(jīng)功能缺損程度,安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of eurexine combined with defibrase on neurologic impairment and plasma fibrinogen in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty-seven patients with acute cerebral infarction from March 2014 to September 2016 were randomly divided into control group (n = 33), observation group (n = 34) and control group (n = 34). The (NIHSS) score and plasma fibrinogen level before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results the total effective rate in the observation group was 94.12, which was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the NIHSS score and plasma fibrinogen level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 1 week and 1 month after treatment (P0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Eucrine combined with defibrase is effective in improving plasma fibrinogen level and nerve function defect in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
