【摘要】：正1引言近年來,由于人們飲食、生活習(xí)慣越來越差,導(dǎo)致腦卒中發(fā)病率逐年攀升。據(jù)報道,20世紀80年代,以腦卒中為疾病診斷結(jié)果而出院的患者僅1萬,到2008年已超過200萬,在不到30a的時間中,腦卒中的發(fā)病人數(shù)顯著增加。腦卒中患者在疾病治療期間,由于飲食、活動及精神與發(fā)病前有明顯改善,病后極易并發(fā)便秘。腦卒中后便秘是腦卒中后新發(fā)或在原來基礎(chǔ)上加重的便秘,是腦卒中患者常見的并發(fā)
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to people's diet and living habits, the incidence of stroke is increasing year by year. It is reported that in the 1980s, only 10, 000 patients were discharged from the hospital with stroke as the result of disease diagnosis. By 2008, the number of patients discharged from the hospital had exceeded 2 million. In less than 30 years, the number of stroke patients increased significantly. Patients with stroke are prone to constipation after stroke because of the obvious improvement of diet, activity, and spirit before the onset of the disease. Constipation after stroke is a new or aggravated constipation after stroke, which is a common complication in stroke patients.
