【摘要】：正遠(yuǎn)端肢體缺血預(yù)處理(remote limb ischemic preconditioning,LRP,RLIP)是指通過(guò)間斷的非致死量的遠(yuǎn)端肢體缺血刺激來(lái)誘導(dǎo)大腦的缺血耐受,從而在后期腦缺血事件中盡可能的保護(hù)神經(jīng)元,減少神經(jīng)細(xì)胞凋亡及壞死,減輕腦水腫,改善預(yù)后的一種干預(yù)措施~([1~4])早在1945年時(shí),便已經(jīng)有科學(xué)家
