【摘要】：目的探究腦血管介入治療中的血管變異及其臨床意義。方法以2436例腦血管病患者為研究對象,所有患者接受常規(guī)主動脈弓造影,分析主動脈弓病理解剖形態(tài)改變,比較不同分型患者血管變異的影響因素。結(jié)果主動脈弓Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型分別占1090例、764例、582例;主動脈形態(tài)與高血壓病史、年齡存在相關(guān)性,與糖尿病、高血脂病史及性別無相關(guān)性。結(jié)論主動脈弓有較多血管病理的形態(tài)改變,應(yīng)重視高血壓患者和高領(lǐng)患者主動脈弓的改變,這對有效提高患者的療效具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the vascular variation and its clinical significance in interventional treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.
