【摘要】：目的:探討膠質(zhì)瘤組織中microRNA-200a的表達(dá)及其在預(yù)測膠質(zhì)瘤患者預(yù)后中的價(jià)值。方法:采用RTPCR方法檢測63例膠質(zhì)瘤及14例正常腦組織中microRNA-200a的表達(dá)水平。結(jié)果:膠質(zhì)瘤組織中microRNA-200a的表達(dá)水平高于正常腦組織中的表達(dá)水平(P0.001)。膠質(zhì)瘤組織中microRNA-200a的表達(dá)水平與膠質(zhì)瘤組織學(xué)分級有關(guān)(P0.001),而與患者年齡、性別、KPS評分、腫瘤直徑等均無關(guān)(P均0.05)。microRNA-200a高表達(dá)的膠質(zhì)瘤患者死亡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較低表達(dá)的膠質(zhì)瘤患者高(P0.001)。結(jié)論:microRNA-200a在膠質(zhì)瘤組織中表達(dá)增高,可作為評價(jià)膠質(zhì)瘤預(yù)后的獨(dú)立因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of microRNA-200a in glioma tissues and its value in predicting the prognosis of glioma patients. Methods: RTPCR was used to detect the expression of microRNA-200a in 63 cases of glioma and 14 cases of normal brain tissue. Results: the expression of microRNA-200a in gliomas was higher than that in normal brain tissues (P0. 001). The expression of microRNA-200a in glioma tissues was related to the histological grade of gliomas (P0. 001), but not to the age, sex and diameter of gliomas (P 0. 05). The death risk of glioma patients with high expression of microRNA-200a was higher than that of glioma patients with low expression of microRNA-200a (P0. 001). Conclusion the increased expression of microRNA-200a in glioma tissue may be an independent factor for evaluating the prognosis of glioma.
