【摘要】：經(jīng)迷路徑路與經(jīng)耳囊經(jīng)路均可應(yīng)用于切除聽神經(jīng)瘤,House常用前者,Fisch推崇后者。兩種手術(shù)徑路各有特點(diǎn),一般認(rèn)為經(jīng)耳囊徑路是在經(jīng)迷路徑路的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),擴(kuò)大了手術(shù)徑路范圍,降低了面神經(jīng)損傷、腦脊液漏等并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Translabyrinthine approach and transauricular approach can be used to remove acoustic neuroma. It is generally believed that the transauricular approach is improved on the basis of the translabyrinthine approach, which expands the scope of the operative approach and reduces the incidence of complications such as facial nerve injury and cerebrospinal fluid leakage.
