【摘要】：研究目的： 本文通過(guò)臨床資料研究，觀察天麻素聯(lián)合卡馬西平治療癲癇的效果 研究方法： 本課題采用臨床調(diào)查的研究方法，對(duì)2011年3月至2012年9月在十堰市人民醫(yī)院門診就診的癲癇患者及部分住院的癲癇患者，將符合診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的92例患者采用隨機(jī)均衡方法分為天麻素聯(lián)合卡馬西平治療組和單用卡馬西平治療的對(duì)照組，治療組在卡馬西平治療的基礎(chǔ)上輔以天麻素，對(duì)照組患者單純服用卡馬西平，分別統(tǒng)計(jì)各組用藥后對(duì)比用藥前的各項(xiàng)臨床指標(biāo)，檢測(cè)并記錄腦電圖、發(fā)作頻率、程度、兼有癥狀等改善情況以及這些患者治療前和治療后的月平均發(fā)作次數(shù)。 結(jié)果: 1.臨床療效統(tǒng)計(jì):治療組總有效率為81%，對(duì)照組總有效率為69%。治療(天麻素組)和對(duì)照組比較有顯著差異(P0.05) 2.腦電圖改變:治療組在治療前有32例腦電圖異常，通過(guò)天麻素輔助治療改善率為71.87%;對(duì)照組改善率為48.00%。兩組比較有顯著差異P0.05 3.對(duì)各類型癲癇患者治療前后發(fā)作時(shí)間及頻率的比較:治療組與對(duì)照組有顯著差異(P0.05)，但是由于此次臨床研究的病例數(shù)較少，具體差異性仍有待進(jìn)一步研究推論 4.副反應(yīng):此時(shí)研究過(guò)程中治療組有少數(shù)病人存在口鼻干燥、頭昏以及胃不適等癥狀，但均不致影響病人繼續(xù)用藥，未行特殊處理。對(duì)照組有少量病人出現(xiàn)嗜睡反應(yīng)，經(jīng)相關(guān)對(duì)癥處理后好轉(zhuǎn)，未影響繼續(xù)用藥結(jié)論：天麻素輔助治療癲癇效果良好，可在一定程度上可減輕癲癇發(fā)作程度，改善臨床癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy of Gastrodin combined with carbamazepine in the treatment of epilepsy. From March 2011 to September 2012, patients with epilepsy and some of the epileptic patients hospitalized in the outpatient clinic of Shiyan Municipal people's Hospital, 92 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into Gastrodin combined with carbamazepine treatment group and control group treated with carbamazepine alone. The treatment group was supplemented with Gastrodin on the basis of carbamazepine treatment. The patients in the control group were treated with carbamazepine alone. The clinical indexes before the treatment were counted, and EEG, frequency and degree of attack were detected and recorded. Symptoms and symptoms were improved and the average number of episodes before and after treatment was reported. Results: 1. The total effective rate was 81 in the treatment group and 69 in the control group. There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P0.05). Side effects: a few patients in the treatment group had symptoms such as dry mouth and nose, dizziness and stomach discomfort during the course of the study, but these symptoms did not affect the patients' continued medication without special treatment. In the control group, a small number of patients appeared narcolepsy reaction, after the related symptomatic treatment improved, no influence on the continued use of medicine conclusion: Gastrodin adjuvant treatment of epilepsy is good, can alleviate the degree of epilepsy, improve clinical symptoms to a certain extent.
