α-內(nèi)收蛋白基因rs4963多態(tài)性與腦出血的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的研究α-內(nèi)收蛋白基因rs4963多態(tài)性與腦出血的關(guān)系。方法對甘肅地區(qū)238例腦出血患者和240例健康對照者應(yīng)用血液基因組DNA提取試劑盒方法檢測α-內(nèi)收蛋白基因rs4963多態(tài)性,分析比較腦出血病例組和對照組rs4963多態(tài)性的分布差異。結(jié)果病例組和對照組α-內(nèi)收蛋白基因rs4963基因型分布、等位基因頻率差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。按性別分層后,病例組與對照組基因型分布和等位基因頻率差異仍無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論甘肅地區(qū)α-內(nèi)收蛋白基因rs4963多態(tài)性與腦出血無關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between 偽-adducin gene rs4963 polymorphism and intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods the polymorphisms of 偽 -adducin gene rs4963 were detected in 238 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) and 240 healthy controls by using the blood genomic DNA-extraction kit. The distribution of rs4963 polymorphism in ICH patients was analyzed and compared with that in control group. Results there was no significant difference in genotype distribution and allele frequency of 偽 -adducin gene rs4963 between case group and control group (P0.05). After stratification by sex, there was no significant difference in genotype distribution and allele frequency between the case group and the control group (P0.05). Conclusion there is no association between 偽-adducin gene rs4963 polymorphism and intracerebral hemorrhage in Gansu.
