【摘要】：目的：探討吉林大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院aSAH患者的臨床特點(diǎn)。 方法：連續(xù)收集吉林大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院神經(jīng)血管病外科2013年一年內(nèi)收住的761例aSAH患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行分析，總結(jié)出吉林大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院收住的aSAH患者的臨床特點(diǎn)。 結(jié)果：2013年間吉林大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院收治的761名aSAH患者中，秋冬季節(jié)及白天發(fā)病人數(shù)居多，其中最小年齡為17歲，最大年齡為87歲。平均年齡為55.28±11.12歲，年齡在50-59歲之間破裂人數(shù)最多。女性患者比男性患者多，女性比男性為1.78：1。單發(fā)動(dòng)脈瘤與多發(fā)動(dòng)脈瘤壁為2.88:1。單發(fā)動(dòng)脈瘤中動(dòng)脈瘤平均大小為5.80±2.70mm。動(dòng)脈瘤大小在3-10mm的患者中最多占83.3%。單發(fā)動(dòng)脈瘤中前交通動(dòng)脈瘤破裂例數(shù)最多（37.8%），其次是后交通動(dòng)脈瘤（27.6%）。在多發(fā)動(dòng)脈瘤中鏡像動(dòng)脈瘤占5.5%，其中雙側(cè)后交通動(dòng)脈瘤占3.2%。雙側(cè)中動(dòng)脈瘤占1.8%。 結(jié)論：1、本組aSAH患者一般在秋冬，冬春季節(jié)變化時(shí)，且白天多發(fā)。 2、aSAH好發(fā)年齡段為50-59歲之間。女性多于男性比率為1.78:1。與國(guó)內(nèi)報(bào)道相似，，較西方國(guó)家低。 3、單發(fā)動(dòng)脈瘤患者數(shù)比多發(fā)動(dòng)脈瘤患者數(shù)為515:179（2.88：1）。較國(guó)外報(bào)道略低，但比例高于國(guó)內(nèi)。 4、單發(fā)動(dòng)脈瘤的患者中，前交通動(dòng)脈瘤破裂最多，占37.8%；其次為后交通動(dòng)脈瘤，占27.6%。 5、多發(fā)動(dòng)脈瘤占顱內(nèi)動(dòng)脈瘤的179/761（23.5%）鏡像動(dòng)脈瘤占5.5%；雙側(cè)后交通比率最高為3.2%；其次為雙側(cè)中動(dòng)脈為1.8%。 6、動(dòng)脈瘤直徑在3mm-10mm之間破裂最多占83.3%。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical characteristics of aSAH patients in the first Hospital of Jilin University. Methods: the clinical data of 761 patients with aSAH admitted in the Department of Neurovascular Diseases in the first Hospital of Jilin University in 2013 were analyzed and the clinical characteristics of the patients were summarized. Results among 761 patients with aSAH admitted in the first Hospital of Jilin University from 2013 to 2013, most of them were diagnosed in autumn and winter seasons and daytime. The youngest age was 17 years and the oldest was 87 years old. The average age was 55.28 鹵11.12 years old, and the number of ruptured persons between 50 and 59 years old was the highest. Women have more patients than men, with 1.78: 1. The ratio of single aneurysm to multiple aneurysm was 2.88: 1. The average size of single aneurysm was 5.80 鹵2.70 mm. Aneurysm size accounts for 83.3% of 3-10mm patients. Among the single aneurysms, the rupture of anterior communicating aneurysm was the most (37.8%), followed by posterior communicating aneurysm (27.6%). Among the multiple aneurysms, the mirror aneurysm was 5.5 and the bilateral posterior communicating artery aneurysm was 3.2. Bilateral middle artery aneurysm accounted for 1.8%. ConclusionsASAH patients in this group usually change in autumn, winter and spring, and more frequently in the daytime. 2 the most common incidence age of aSAH is 50-59 years old. The ratio of women to men was 1.78: 1. Similar to domestic reports, the number of patients with single aneurysms was 515: 179 (2.88: 1). It was slightly lower than that reported abroad, but the proportion was higher than that in China. 4. Among the patients with single aneurysms, the anterior communicating artery aneurysm was ruptured most, accounting for 37.8 percent, and the posterior communicating artery aneurysm was the next. The ratio of multiple aneurysms to intracranial aneurysms was 179r761 (23.5%), the ratio of bilateral posterior communication was 3.2cm, the second was bilateral middle artery (1.86.6), and the diameter of aneurysms ruptured between 3mm-10mm (83.3%).
