【摘要】：正1病例簡介患者,男性,65歲,以"突發(fā)頭暈伴頭部脹痛2 d,加重1 h"為主訴于2016-07-20入院。患者入院前2 d無明顯誘因突然出現(xiàn)頭暈伴頭部脹痛,視物旋轉(zhuǎn),呈持續(xù)狀態(tài),活動頸部后加重,閉眼后稍緩解,自測血壓為:197/103 mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133 k Pa),口服降壓藥物后(具體用藥不詳),癥狀稍好轉(zhuǎn)。入院前1 h,頭暈頭痛癥狀較前明顯加重,無胸悶
[Abstract]:A brief introduction of case 1, male 65 years old, with "sudden dizziness with head pain 2 days, aggravated 1 hour" as the main complaint in 2016-07-20 admission. There was no obvious inducement for dizziness with head distended pain, visual rotation, continuous state, aggravation after moving neck, and slight relief after closing eyes, 2 days before admission, the patient had no obvious inducement. The self-measured blood pressure was 10: 197 / 103 mm Hg (1mm Hg 0.133 KPA). After oral administration of antihypertensive drugs, the symptoms improved slightly. 1 hour before admission, the symptoms of dizziness and headache were more severe than before, and there was no chest tightness.
