【摘要】：目的翻譯頭痛管理自我效能感簡式量表(HMES-SF),評價中文版HMES-SF的信效度。方法采用便利抽樣法選取2015年11月—2016年6月在漯河市中心醫(yī)院神經內科住院治療的頭痛患者132例作為研究對象。按照量表翻譯模式,對英文版HMES-SF進行漢化、文化調適,并將中文版HMES-SF應用于頭痛患者,檢驗其信效度。結果中文版HMES-SF整體內容效度指數(CVI)為0.893,各條目水平的CVI為0.841~1.000;因子分析共提取2個公因子,2個公因子分別命名為頭痛緩解策略(3個條目)和頭痛控制策略(3個條目),各條目在其公因子上的因子載荷均0.400。中文版HMES-SF的Cronbach'sα系數為0.829,各維度的Cronbach'sα系數為0.817、0.841(P0.01);分半信度系數r=0.764(P0.01);重測信度為0.812(P0.01),各維度的重測信度為0.796、0.828(P0.01)。結論中文版HMES-SF具有良好的信效度,可以用其評價我國患者的頭痛管理自我效能感。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the reliability and validity of Chinese version of headache management self-efficacy scale (HMES-SF). Methods 132 headache patients who were hospitalized in Department of Neurology Luohe Central Hospital from November 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the study objects. The Chinese version of HMES-SF was applied to headache patients to test its reliability and validity. Results the overall content validity index (CVI) of the Chinese version of HMES-SF was 0.893, and the CVI of each item level was 0.841 / 1.000. Two common factors were extracted by factor analysis, which were named headache mitigation strategy (3 items) and headache control strategy (3 items). Each entry has a factor load of 0.400 on its common factor. The Cronbachs 偽 coefficient of Chinese version HMES-SF was 0.829, the Cronbachs 偽 coefficient of each dimension was 0.817 ~ 0.841 (P0.01), the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.764 (P0.01), the test-retest reliability was 0.812 (P0.01), and the retest reliability of each dimension was 0.7960.828 (P0.01). Conclusion the Chinese version of HMES-SF has good reliability and validity, and can be used to evaluate the headache management self-efficacy of Chinese patients.
