【摘要】：目的:探討腦白質(zhì)疏松(LA)患者的腦動(dòng)脈硬化及微出血(CMBs)情況,分析LA分級(jí)與腦動(dòng)脈硬化程度及與CMBs分級(jí)的相關(guān)性。方法:2013年1月-2016年6月在本院行頭顱MRI檢查的120例LA患者納入研究,掃描序列包括T1WI、T2WI、T2-FLAIR、MRA和SWI。LA分為0~3級(jí),腦動(dòng)脈硬化分輕、中、重三種,CMBs分為0~3級(jí)。LA分級(jí)與CMBs分級(jí)分布采用等級(jí)Kruskal-Wallis H檢驗(yàn)。相關(guān)性分析采用線性趨勢(shì)列聯(lián)系數(shù)分析。結(jié)果:腦動(dòng)脈硬化程度與LA分級(jí)存在一定相關(guān)性(rs=0.681,P=0.00),LA分級(jí)與CMBs分級(jí)成正相關(guān)(rs=0.613,P=0.00)。結(jié)論:LA加重CMBs傾向,腦動(dòng)脈硬化程度與LA級(jí)別有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the cerebral arteriosclerosis and microhemorrhage (CMBs) in patients with leukoaraiosis (LA), and to analyze the correlation between the grade of LA and the degree of cerebral arteriosclerosis and the classification of CMBs. Methods: from January 2013 to June 2016, 120 patients with LA underwent cranial MRI examination in our hospital. The scanning sequences included T1WII T2WIT2-FLAIRI MRA and SWI.LA were divided into 0 and 3 grades, with mild and moderate cerebral arteriosclerosis. The distribution of three heavy species of CMBs were classified into 0 and 3 grades. La classification and CMBs grading distribution were tested by Kruskal-Wallis H test. Correlation analysis is based on linear trend series analysis. Results: there was a positive correlation between the degree of cerebral arteriosclerosis and the grade of LA (rs0. 681 P0. 00) and the grade of CMBs (rs0. 613 P0. 00). Conclusion the degree of cerebral arteriosclerosis is related to the grade of LA.
