【摘要】:正腦卒中是一種嚴重危害人類健康的疾病,幸存患者常會遺留嚴重的運動、言語、認知等功能障礙,進而嚴重影響患者的生活質(zhì)量,積極研究腦卒中后功能障礙的康復(fù)評定和治療方法具有重要意義。經(jīng)顱磁刺激(transcranial magnetic stimulation,TMS)是1985年由Barker等首先創(chuàng)立的一種非侵入性調(diào)制腦功能方法之一,具有高頻(1Hz)興奮和低頻(≤1Hz)抑制的雙向調(diào)制、無痛、無創(chuàng)及操作方便等優(yōu)點~([1])。近年來既作為研究工具,又作為康復(fù)治療方法廣泛應(yīng)用于腦卒中臨床康復(fù)醫(yī)療中。具體如下:
