支配牙髓的三叉神經分支神經胞體在三叉神經節(jié)內的區(qū)域分布

【摘要】:目的觀察正常及三叉神經疼痛模型大鼠支配牙髓的三叉神經分支的神經胞體在三叉神經節(jié)內的區(qū)域分布情況,了解正常及三叉神經痛模型大鼠牙髓神經胞體在三叉神經節(jié)內與被支配牙髓的定位關系,為臨床通過三叉神經節(jié)處理治療三叉神經痛提供解剖學證據。 方法通過在正常大鼠(假手術組)以及眶下神經慢性縮窄性損傷(三叉神經痛模型)大鼠(模型組)的不同牙髓腔內(左側上中切牙牙髓、右側下中切牙牙髓、左側上中切牙牙髓和左側下頜第一磨牙牙髓)注入逆行熒光探針(Fast DiO和/或Fast DiI),72h后用熒光顯微鏡觀察各組大鼠三叉神經節(jié)中的被熒光標記的神經胞體分布情況。 結果正常大鼠的右下側中切牙注入熒光探針Fast DiO72h后,,在其同側三叉神經節(jié)的后外側區(qū)域可以觀察到有少量綠色熒光標記的神經元,約3-5個,成簇分布。正常大鼠的左上側中切牙注入熒光探針Fast DiO72h后,在其同側三叉神經節(jié)的中間區(qū)域段可以觀察到綠色熒光標記的神經元,約數(shù)個,也成簇分布。正常大鼠右側下中切牙及左側上中切牙髓腔分別注射熒光探針Fast DiO和Fast DiI,72h后發(fā)現(xiàn)在其右側三叉神經節(jié)的后外側區(qū)域及左側三叉神經節(jié)的中間區(qū)域可分別觀察到標記的神經元。正常大鼠左側上中切牙及左側下頜第一磨牙髓腔分別注射熒光探針Fast DiI和Fast DiO,72h后發(fā)現(xiàn)在其左側三叉神經節(jié)的中后段區(qū)域及后外側區(qū)域可觀察到少量成簇分布的紅色和綠色熒光標記的神經元。以上所有實驗觀察在其對側三叉神經節(jié)相應位置以及其它部位均未見有熒光標記的神經元。在三叉神經疼痛模型大鼠的相應的牙髓腔內注入相應的熒光標記物后,在三叉神經節(jié)內檢測到帶有熒光的神經元分布及熒光數(shù)量和強度沒有明顯的變化。 結論支配牙髓的三叉神經的各分支胞體在三叉神經節(jié)內的分布具有一定的區(qū)域性,且為單側性投射;三叉神經痛發(fā)生后并不影響三叉神經節(jié)內神經元的數(shù)量以及投射聯(lián)系,三叉神經痛的發(fā)生可能與三叉神經元的功能活動改變有關。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the distribution of nerve cell bodies in trigeminal ganglion of normal and trigeminal pain rats. Objective to investigate the relationship between the localization of dental pulp neuronal bodies in the trigeminal ganglion and the innervated pulp in normal and trigeminal neuralgia rats, and to provide anatomic evidence for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia through the treatment of trigeminal ganglion. Methods the pulp of left superior incisor and right inferior incisor of rats with chronic constrictive injury of suborbital nerve (trigeminal neuralgia model) were studied in normal rats (sham-operated group) and rats (model group). The retrograde fluorescent probe Fast Dio and / or Fast DiI were injected into the pulp of left central incisor and left mandibular first molar for 72 hours. The distribution of fluorescent labeled neuronal bodies in the trigeminal ganglion of rats in each group was observed by fluorescence microscope. Results in the ipsilateral trigeminal ganglion, a small number of green fluorescent labeled neurons were observed in the ipsilateral trigeminal ganglion, about 3-5 neurons in clusters, after the injection of fluorescent probe Fast Dio into the right lower central incisor of normal rats. Green fluorescent labeled neurons were observed in the middle region of the ipsilateral trigeminal ganglion after fluorescent probe Fast Dio was injected into the left upper incisor of normal rats. The labeled neurons were observed in the posterolateral region of the right trigeminal ganglion and the middle region of the left trigeminal ganglion in the right inferior incisor and the left superior incisor respectively 72 h after the injection of the fluorescent probes Fast Dio and Fast DiI respectively into the pulp cavity of the right inferior incisor and the left superior incisor of the normal rat. Fluorescence probes Fast Dii and Fast Dio were injected into the pulp cavity of left upper incisor and left mandibular first molar in normal rats for 72 hours, respectively. A few clusters of red were observed in the middle and posterior segment of left trigeminal ganglion and posterolateral region of left trigeminal ganglia. Colored and green fluorescent labeled neurons. No fluorescent labeled neurons were found in the contralateral trigeminal ganglion. The distribution of fluorescent neurons, the quantity and intensity of fluorescence in trigeminal ganglion were not significantly changed after the corresponding fluorescent markers were injected into the dental pulp cavity of the rats with trigeminal nerve pain. Conclusion the distribution of the branches of trigeminal nerve in the trigeminal ganglion is regional and unilateral, and the number of neurons in trigeminal ganglion is not affected after the occurrence of trigeminal neuralgia. The occurrence of trigeminal neuralgia may be related to the functional changes of trigeminal neurons.
