    前言：目的探討三維立體虛擬影像術(shù)前計劃系統(tǒng)在神經(jīng)外科常規(guī)手術(shù)中的應(yīng)用價值。方法應(yīng)用RadioDexter虛擬影像術(shù)前計劃系統(tǒng)對顱內(nèi)腫瘤及椎管內(nèi)腫瘤等15例神經(jīng)外科常規(guī)手術(shù)病例進行術(shù)前計劃操作。結(jié)果15例病例均成功進行了術(shù)前計劃操作。該系統(tǒng)形成的三維立體虛擬影像清晰、逼真,并可進行多種模擬操作,能更清楚、準確地顯示手術(shù)區(qū)域解剖結(jié)構(gòu)及毗鄰關(guān)系。本組無嚴重并發(fā)癥,無死亡病例。結(jié)論三維立體虛擬影像術(shù)前計劃系統(tǒng)能夠提高神經(jīng)外科手術(shù)的精確性,降低手術(shù)創(chuàng)傷及手術(shù)風險,值得推廣應(yīng)用。
    Objective To investigate the value of the surgical plan system based on virtual reality image used in the routine operation of neurosurgery. Methods The surgical plans of 15 cases of intracranial or intraspinal tumors were made by the RadioDexter plan system based on virtual reality image.
