【摘要】：目的:研究新疆地區(qū)帕金森病(PD)患者外周血中淋巴細胞亞群及NK細胞數(shù)量的變化,為PD發(fā)病機制研究提供新的視角。方法:應(yīng)用流式細胞儀熒光染色法測定33例維吾爾族及漢族PD患者外周血中T淋巴細胞,B淋巴細胞,NK細胞數(shù)量,并與20例健康對照組進行比較。同時分析不同民族間,不同用藥,不同病程及疾病嚴重程度與各細胞亞群變化的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:帕金森病患者外周血中CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T淋巴細胞較對照組明顯下降,但B淋巴細胞較對照組無明顯變化,NK細胞較對照組上升。維族患者與漢族患者相比,各淋巴細胞亞群及NK細胞數(shù)量無明顯變化。采用L-多巴胺或鹽酸普拉克索治療患者各細胞亞群無明顯改變,CD3+T淋巴細胞亞群與PD患者年齡、B細胞亞群與PD患者病程相關(guān)。結(jié)論:PD患者外周血的淋巴細胞及NK細胞比例失調(diào),但維漢民族之間無明顯差異。外周血T、B淋巴細胞亞群的變化可能有助于評估PD的病情進展。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the changes of lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in peripheral blood of PD patients in Xinjiang area, and to provide a new perspective for the pathogenesis of PD. Methods: the number of T lymphocyte B lymphocytes and NK cells in peripheral blood of 33 PD patients of Uygur and Han nationality were determined by flow cytometry fluorescence staining and compared with 20 healthy controls. At the same time, the correlation between different nationalities, different drug use, different course of disease and severity of disease with the change of cell subsets was analyzed. Results: the CD3 T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of Parkinson's disease patients were significantly lower than those in the control group, but the B lymphocytes had no significant change compared with the control group, and the NK cells were higher than those in the control group. The number of lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in Uygur patients was not significantly different from that in Han patients. There was no significant change of CD3 T lymphocyte subsets in patients treated with L- dopamine or Praquisol hydrochloride and age B cell subsets were correlated with the course of disease in PD patients. Conclusion the proportion of lymphocytes and NK cells in the peripheral blood of the patients with 10% PD is disordered, but there is no significant difference between the Uygur and Han nationalities. The changes of T B lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood may be helpful to assess the progression of PD.
