【摘要】：目的:觀察動脈瘤性蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血(a SAH)患者血清促血管生成素(Ang)水平、特異性受體Tie-2水平及其變化趨勢,探討Ang在a SAH患者預后評估中的應用價值。方法:收集111例a SAH患者作為研究對象,分別于發(fā)病后8、24、72 h檢測血清Ang-1、Ang-2、Tie-2水平,并選擇120例同期健康成年人作為對照,比較不同預后a SAH患者血清Ang水平及變化趨勢,分析血清Ang水平與患者預后結(jié)局之間的關系。結(jié)果:Ang-1水平和Ang-1/Ang-2值在發(fā)病后8 h內(nèi)已顯著高于健康對照組水平,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。動脈瘤性蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血(a SAH)后8、24和72 h a SAH血清Ang-1表達水平預后良好組均高于預后不良組;a SAH后72 h血清Ang-2水平高于預后不良組,a SAH后24 h特異性受體Tie-2水平高于預后不良組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,a SAH發(fā)病后8、24和72 h血清Ang-1表達水平和a SAH后24 h特異性受體Tie-2水平是a SAH患者預后的影響因素。結(jié)論:a SAH患者血清Ang-1水平變化趨勢與預后情況呈正相關,Ang-1可以作為判定a SAH預后的重要生物標志物之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the level of serum angiopoietin (Ang) and the level of specific receptor (Tie-2) in patients with aneurysm subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), and to explore the value of Ang in evaluating the prognosis of patients with SAH. Methods: 111 patients with aSAH were collected as study subjects. The serum levels of Ang-1 and Ang-2 tie-2 were measured at 82472 hours after onset, and 120 healthy adults were selected as controls to compare the serum Ang levels and their changing trends in patients with different prognosis. To analyze the relationship between serum Ang level and prognosis. Results the levels of Ang-1 and Ang-1/Ang-2 were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group within 8 hours after the onset of the disease, and the differences were statistically significant (P 0.05). The level of serum Ang-1 expression in patients with good prognosis was higher than that in patients with poor prognosis at 72 h after SAH. The level of serum Ang-2 was higher than that of specific receptor Tie-2 at 24 h after SAH in patients with poor prognosis. Higher than those with poor prognosis, The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the expression of serum Ang-1 at 8h and 72h after the onset of ASAH and the level of specific receptor Tie-2 at 24 h after aSAH were the prognostic factors of patients with aSAH. Conclusion there is a positive correlation between the change trend of serum Ang-1 level and prognosis in the patients with Asah. Ang-1 may be one of the important biomarkers for judging the prognosis of ASAH.
