【摘要】：正偏頭痛是一種常見的致殘性疾病。在先兆偏頭痛(MA)患者中,其先兆癥狀是最讓人感興趣的現(xiàn)象。大約20%的偏頭痛患者經(jīng)歷過偏頭痛先兆癥狀~([1])。典型偏頭痛先兆不難鑒別,然而不典型的先兆癥狀則需要與其他發(fā)作性神經(jīng)功能缺損疾病相鑒別~([2]),故本文對偏頭痛先兆進(jìn)行綜述。1偏頭痛先兆的定義
[Abstract]:Positive migraine is a common disabling disease. Symptoms of aura are the most interesting in patients with migraine aura (MAA). About 20% of migraine patients have experienced symptoms of migraine aura ([1]). Typical migraine aura is not difficult to distinguish, but atypical symptoms of aura need to be distinguished from other paroxysmal neurological deficit diseases ([2]), so this article reviews the definition of migraine aura.
