【摘要】：癲癇與頭痛是兒童時(shí)期較為常見的神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病,二者在臨床表現(xiàn)、發(fā)病機(jī)制和治療上存在相互聯(lián)系。臨床上某些類型的頭痛易于與癲癇混淆,反之亦然。因此,正確區(qū)分癲癇與頭痛兩種疾病,掌握好癲癇共患頭痛的診治對于癲癇的有效治療、改善癲癇兒童的預(yù)后以及保證醫(yī)療安全非常必要。
[Abstract]:Epilepsy and headache are common diseases of nervous system in childhood. Some types of headache are likely to be confused with epilepsy and vice versa. Therefore, it is necessary to correctly distinguish epilepsy from headache, to master the diagnosis and treatment of epileptic co-headache for the effective treatment of epilepsy, to improve the prognosis of epileptic children and to ensure the safety of medical treatment.
