【摘要】：查閱近幾年來國內(nèi)外對(duì)"卵圓孔未閉(PFO)與反常栓塞"相關(guān)性研究的資料,從定義、診斷、定量診斷及治療等方面簡述了PFO,分析了它導(dǎo)致反常栓塞的相關(guān)機(jī)制及其相關(guān)性。通過PFO伴卒中治療上的對(duì)比研究分析封堵治療與藥物治療的可行性。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the data of the research on the relationship between the abnormal embolism and the unobturated foramen ovale in recent years at home and abroad. The definition, diagnosis, quantitative diagnosis and treatment of PFOO are briefly described, and the related mechanism of PFOs leading to abnormal embolism and its correlation are analyzed. The feasibility of blockage therapy and drug therapy was analyzed by comparative study on PFO with stroke.
