【摘要】：卒中發(fā)病率、死亡率的上升與血壓升高關(guān)系密切,高血壓是卒中的最主要危險(xiǎn)因素。研究表明,動(dòng)態(tài)血壓監(jiān)測(cè)在預(yù)測(cè)卒中和心腦血管死亡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)上優(yōu)于診室血壓;另外勺型血壓、隱匿性高血壓、晨峰現(xiàn)象及血壓變異性均可能與卒中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)有特殊的相關(guān)性,本文對(duì)血壓異常的各種類型與卒中的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的描述,為卒中一級(jí)預(yù)防的血壓控制提供線索。
[Abstract]:The incidence and mortality of stroke are closely related to the increase of blood pressure. Hypertension is the main risk factor of stroke. Studies have shown that ambulatory blood pressure monitoring is superior to room blood pressure in predicting the risk of stroke and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular death, and that dipper blood pressure, occult hypertension, morning peak phenomenon and blood pressure variability may have a special correlation with the risk of stroke. In this paper, the relationship between various types of abnormal blood pressure and stroke is described in detail, which provides clues for blood pressure control in primary prevention of stroke.
