【摘要】：目的探討老年腦血管病患者心理狀態(tài)與社會支持水平的關(guān)系,為老年腦血管疾病患者的心理干預提供參考。方法采用簡單隨機抽樣方法抽取2016年10月—2017年3月老年腦血管病患者114例,采用焦慮自評量表(SAS)、抑郁自評量表(SDS)、正性負性情緒量表(PANAS)、中國老年人主觀幸福感量表(CESWS)評價調(diào)查對象心理狀況,采用社會支持評定量表(SSRS)評價調(diào)查對象社會支持水平,并采用Pearson相關(guān)分析評價二者的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果老年腦血管病患者SAS評分(67.34±5.43)分、SDS評分(52.37±4.87)分,PANAS正性情緒評分(23.45±4.38)分,負性情緒評分(29.54±4.21)分;CESWS自我完滿感評分(24.27±4.43)分,生活滿足感評分(30.36±7.65)分;家庭適意感評分(17.34±3.23)分;客觀支持(8.23±3.26)分,主觀支持(12.32±5.32)分,對支持利用度(7.03±2.11)分,總分(25.49±6.23)分;老年腦血管病患者SDS、負性情緒評分與主觀支持評分(r值分別為-0.563、-0.573)及總分(r值分別為-0.537、-0.602)呈明顯負相關(guān)(P0.01),正性情緒、自我完滿感、家庭適意感、生活滿足感評分與主觀支持評分(r值分別為0.614、0.403、0.416、0.446)及總分(r分別為0.517、0.424、0.421、0.416)呈明顯正相關(guān)(P0.01);僅自我完滿感與客觀支持評分(r=-0.312,P0.05)呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論老年腦血管病患者心理狀態(tài)與社會支持,尤其是主觀支持具有明顯相關(guān)性,臨床應(yīng)加大對患者的社會支持力度,提高心理健康水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between mental state and social support level in elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease, and to provide reference for psychological intervention in elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease. Methods 114 elderly patients with cerebrovascular diseases from October 2016 to March 2017 were selected by a simple random sampling method. Self rating anxiety scale (SAS), self rating Depression scale (SDS), positive and negative emotion scale (PANASS), Chinese elderly subjective Well-being scale (CESWS) were used to evaluate the psychological status of the subjects, and social support scale (SSRS) was used to evaluate the social support level of the subjects. The correlation between them was evaluated by Pearson correlation analysis. Results in elderly patients with cerebrovascular diseases, the scores of SAS were 67.34 鹵5.43 and 52.37 鹵4.87, respectively. The scores of PANAS positive emotion were 23.45 鹵4.38, negative emotion was 29.54 鹵4.21, life satisfaction was 30.36 鹵7.65), family aptitude was 17.34 鹵3.23, objective support was 8.23 鹵3.26), the scores of self-satisfaction were 24.27 鹵4.43, 30.36 鹵7.65, 17.34 鹵3.23, and 8.23 鹵3.26, respectively, the scores of life satisfaction were 30.36 鹵7.65, the scores of family aptitude were 17.34 鹵3.23, the scores of negative emotion were 29.54 鹵4.21, the scores of life satisfaction were 30.36 鹵7.65, the scores of objective support were 8.23 鹵3.26). The scores of subjective support and subjective support were 12.32 鹵5.32, 7.03 鹵2.11 and 25.49 鹵6.23 respectively, the scores of SDS, negative emotion score and subjective support score were -0.563-0.573 and -0.537-0.602, respectively. Family sense of fitness, life satisfaction score and subjective support score (r = 0.614 / 0. 403N / 0.416 / 0.446) and total score (r = 0. 517 / 0. 424 / 0. 421 / 0. 416) were positively correlated (P = 0. 01), only self-satisfaction was positively correlated with objective support score (r-0. 312 / P 0. 05). Conclusion there is a significant correlation between mental state and social support, especially subjective support in elderly patients with cerebrovascular diseases.
