腦出血后鐵調(diào)素對(duì)患者鐵代謝及神經(jīng)功能的影響觀察

【摘要】:目的觀察腦出血后鐵調(diào)素對(duì)患者鐵代謝及神經(jīng)功能的影響。方法以69例高血壓腦出血患者為觀察組,以于我院行健康體檢的69例健康者為對(duì)照組。檢測(cè)2組對(duì)象的血清鐵調(diào)素水平,檢測(cè)觀察組患者血清鐵蛋白水平及神經(jīng)功能指標(biāo)[血清100β蛋白和血清神經(jīng)元特異性烯醇化酶(NSE)],并參照改良Ranks’量表(mRS)評(píng)估觀察組患者預(yù)后。根據(jù)檢測(cè)結(jié)果,對(duì)比分析2組對(duì)象的血清鐵調(diào)素和血清鐵蛋白水平;并將觀察組69例患者分為I組(Hep20μg/L),II組(Hep于20~30μg/L),III組(Hep≥30μg/L),對(duì)比觀察3個(gè)亞組患者的神經(jīng)功能指標(biāo)水平及預(yù)后情況。結(jié)果觀察組患者的平均血清鐵調(diào)素、鐵蛋白水平均高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。在平均血清S100B蛋白和NSE指標(biāo)值上,III組II組I組(P0.05)。在預(yù)后良好率上,I組II組III組(P0.05)。結(jié)論腦出血后患者鐵調(diào)素水平顯著升高,引起鐵代謝失衡,且其升高趨勢(shì)與患者神經(jīng)功能缺損的嚴(yán)重程度及預(yù)后不良程度一致。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of iron modulin on iron metabolism and nerve function in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 69 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected as observation group and 69 healthy subjects as control group. The levels of serum ferritin, the levels of serum ferritin and neurological function [serum 100 尾 protein and serum neuron specific enolase (NSEs)] were measured in the two groups, and the prognosis of the observation group was evaluated according to the modified Ranks' scale mRSs. According to the results, the levels of serum iron modulin and serum ferritin in two groups were comparatively analyzed, and 69 patients in the observation group were divided into two groups: group I, Hep20 渭 g 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1) P ~ (-1), group II: Hep > 30 渭 g / L ~ (-1) Hep > 30 渭 g 路L ~ (-1) L ~ (-1), and the neurological function index level and prognosis of the three subgroups were compared. Results the average serum levels of iron modulin and ferritin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P 0.05). On the average serum S100B protein and NSE index value, group II, group I, P 0. 05%. The rate of prognosis was better than that of group I, group II, III group (P 0.05). Conclusion the level of iron modulin in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage is significantly increased, which leads to the imbalance of iron metabolism, and the increasing trend is consistent with the severity of neurological deficit and the degree of poor prognosis.
