[Abstract]:Orthotopic hemangioblastoma is a highly vascularized benign tumor. Surgical treatment is the first choice. But it is easy to haemorrhage which is difficult to control, resulting in unclear visual field, blind resection of tumor and hemostasis, which can cause severe spinal cord injury. Neurosurgeons have been working to find the safest tools for the resection of spinal cord hemangioblastoma, including digital subtraction angiography, and three-dimensional computed tomography
