【摘要】：目的:引進并翻譯多元認知能力自評量表(MASQ)并在癲癇患者中進行信效度檢驗。方法:對MASQ進行翻譯、回譯和文化調(diào)試,形成中文版MASQ,使用中文版MASQ調(diào)查天津市某三甲醫(yī)院的200例癲癇患者,并以癲癇患者生存質(zhì)量量表(QOLIE-31)和醫(yī)院焦慮抑郁量表(HADS)作為效標(biāo),評價量表的信效度。結(jié)果:量表的Cronbach系數(shù)為0.948,5個維度的Cronbach系數(shù)分別為0.902、0.797、0.733、0.893、0.848,重測相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.960。5名專家對量表進行評定,各條目內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)(I-CVI)均在0.80以上,總條目內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)(S-CVI)為0.98。MASQ得分與QOLIE-31得分呈負相關(guān)(r=-0.732,P0.001),與HADA、HADD呈正相關(guān)(r=0.590、0.524,P0.001)。驗證性因子分析顯示量表的模型擬合較好,修正后標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化五因素模型的χ2自由度比值、擬合優(yōu)度指數(shù)、調(diào)整擬合優(yōu)度指數(shù)、殘差均方和平方根、近似誤差均方根、規(guī)范擬合指數(shù)、增值擬合指數(shù)、非歸準(zhǔn)適配指數(shù)、比較擬合指數(shù)、簡約擬合優(yōu)度指數(shù)分別為2.155、0.879、0.902、0.045、0.076、0.881、0.869、0.856、0.868、0.636,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化回歸系數(shù)0.33—0.93。結(jié)論:中文版多元認知能力自評量表具有較好的信效度,可以應(yīng)用于認知功能的評定。
[Abstract]:Objective: to introduce and translate multiple cognitive ability scale (MASQ) and test the reliability and validity of MASQ in epileptic patients. Methods: MASQ was translated, translated back and debugged in culture to form a Chinese version of MASQ.The Chinese version of MASQ was used to investigate 200 epileptic patients in a third class hospital in Tianjin.
