【摘要】：目前腦血管病已經(jīng)成為影響我國(guó)中老年人身體健康和生命安全的主要疾病之一,缺血性腦血管病在其中占有很大的比重,近年來(lái)缺血性腦血管病在臨床中發(fā)病率越來(lái)越多,并且發(fā)病率也趨于年輕化,臨床醫(yī)師對(duì)缺血性腦血病的認(rèn)識(shí)越來(lái)越深入,在缺血性腦血管病的診斷、治療及判斷患者的預(yù)后方面有著越來(lái)越深刻的了解。血栓彈力圖(thrombelastography,TEG)是一種動(dòng)態(tài)描記凝血全過(guò)程的圖像,由Hartert于1948年最早描述,它通過(guò)動(dòng)態(tài)檢測(cè)凝血全過(guò)程來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)凝血、血小板及纖維蛋白聚集及溶解過(guò)程中各指標(biāo)情況,綜合地反映凝血各方面的變化。目前血栓彈力圖在缺血性腦血管病診療過(guò)程中的作用越來(lái)越重要,研究人員對(duì)于血栓彈力圖的認(rèn)識(shí)更加深刻,其在臨床中的應(yīng)用范圍也越來(lái)越廣,尤其是在缺血性腦血管病中,血栓彈力圖已經(jīng)成為其一項(xiàng)常規(guī)化驗(yàn)指標(biāo),它可用于對(duì)缺血性腦血管病嚴(yán)重程度的評(píng)估、監(jiān)測(cè)急性腦梗死靜脈溶栓患者的凝血狀態(tài)變化、溶栓治療效果、預(yù)后評(píng)價(jià)以及指導(dǎo)個(gè)體化抗血小板治療。
[Abstract]:At present, cerebrovascular disease has become one of the main diseases affecting the health and life safety of middle-aged and elderly people in our country. Ischemic cerebrovascular disease occupies a large proportion among them. In recent years, the incidence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in clinic is more and more. In addition, the incidence rate tends to be younger, the clinicians have a deeper understanding of ischemic cerebral blood disease, in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease have more and more profound understanding. Thromboelastic thrombolysis is an image of the whole process of dynamic coagulation, which was first described by Hartert in 1948. It is used to evaluate the parameters of coagulation, platelet and fibrin aggregation and dissolution by dynamic detection of the whole process of coagulation. The changes in various aspects of coagulation are reflected synthetically. At present, thromboelastography plays an increasingly important role in the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Researchers have a deeper understanding of thromboelastography, and its application in clinical practice is becoming more and more extensive, especially in ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Thromboelastography has become a routine test index, it can be used to assess the severity of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, to monitor the changes of coagulation status in patients with acute cerebral infarction venous thrombolysis, and the efficacy of thrombolytic therapy. Prognostic evaluation and guidance of individual antiplatelet therapy.
