【摘要】：目的觀察燈盞生脈膠囊對(duì)前循環(huán)型腦梗死恢復(fù)期患者神經(jīng)缺損癥狀以及生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法將106例符合研究標(biāo)準(zhǔn)患者隨機(jī)分入觀察組、對(duì)照組進(jìn)行12周觀察治療,觀察組予以常規(guī)二級(jí)預(yù)防藥物基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合燈盞生脈膠囊(2粒/次,3次/d),對(duì)照組僅予以二級(jí)預(yù)防用藥。觀察兩組NIHSS、ADL量表(Barthel指數(shù))、mRS分值變化以及生活質(zhì)量量表(SS-QOL)分值變化。結(jié)果 (1)觀察組總有效率92.9%,優(yōu)于對(duì)照組78.0%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。(2)治療后NIHSS評(píng)分、Barthel指數(shù)、mRS評(píng)分觀察組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。(3)觀察組治療后SS-QOL評(píng)分中"精力、上肢功能、自理能力"等多個(gè)亞領(lǐng)域分值優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論燈盞生脈膠囊能有效改善前循環(huán)型腦梗死恢復(fù)期患者神經(jīng)功能,從而明顯提高患者生活質(zhì)量,改善預(yù)后。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Dengshengmai capsule on the symptoms and quality of life of patients with anterior circulatory cerebral infarction in convalescent stage. Methods 106 patients in accordance with the study criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group for 12 weeks. The observation group was treated with routine secondary prophylaxis combined with Dengzhanshengmai capsule for 3 times / 3 times / d, while the control group was only given the second level preventive drug. The changes of Barthel index and SS-QOLs were observed in two groups. Results 1) the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.9%, which was better than that of the control group (78.0%). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The NIHSS score of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P 0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group in the SS-QOL score of "energy, upper limb function" after treatment. The scores of self-care ability were better than those of control group (P 0. 05, P 0. 05). Conclusion Dengzhanshengmai capsule can effectively improve the neurological function of patients with anterior circulatory cerebral infarction in convalescent stage, thus improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients.
