【摘要】：目的：研究基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9（matrix metalloproteinases-9,MMP-9）及組織基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶抑制劑-1（tissue inhibitor of metalioproteinases-1，TIMP-1）在煙霧�。╩oyamoya disease, MMD）患者血清中的表達(dá)及與顱內(nèi)出血關(guān)系。 方法：從我院選取2012年1月至2013年10月被確診為煙霧病的患者47例，根據(jù)有無(wú)出血分組為出血組及無(wú)出血組，分別為26例、21例。并選取年齡及性別匹配的健康者25名作為對(duì)照組，分別對(duì)各組血清中MMP-9、TIMP-1水平進(jìn)行測(cè)定。 結(jié)果：出血、無(wú)出血煙霧病患者組血清中MMP-9、TIMP-1水平均高于正常對(duì)照組，差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.01）；出血組與非出血組血清中MMP-9、TIMP-1水平差別均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)，但出血組MMP-9與TIMP-1之比（MMP-9/TIMP-1）高于無(wú)出血組，，且差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)；出血組、無(wú)出血組血清中TIMP-1與MMP-9水平均呈正相關(guān)。 結(jié)論：MMP-9可能與煙霧病的發(fā)生、發(fā)展有密切關(guān)系。MMP-9與TIMP-1兩者比例失衡可能是引起煙霧病患者顱內(nèi)出血的重要機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalioproteinases-1 (TIMP-1) in patients with moyamoya disease (MMDD) and its relationship with intracranial hemorrhage. Methods: from January 2012 to October 2013, 47 patients with moyamoya disease were selected from our hospital. There were 26 patients with moyamoya disease and 21 patients without bleeding. The serum levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were measured in 25 age-matched healthy subjects as control group. Results: the serum levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in patients with haemorrhage and no haemorrhagic moyamoya disease were higher than those in normal controls. There was no significant difference in the levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 between bleeding group and non-bleeding group, but the ratio of MMP-9 / TIMP-1 in bleeding group was higher than that in non-bleeding group (P 0.05). There was a positive correlation between serum TIMP-1 and MMP-9 levels in no bleeding group. Conclusion the ratio of MMP-9 to TIMP-1 may be closely related to the occurrence of moyamoya disease. The imbalance between MMP-9 and TIMP-1 may be an important mechanism of intracranial hemorrhage in patients with moyamoya disease.
