【摘要】：目的：回顧性分析短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作患者中DWI陽性與其臨床特征的關(guān)系及其預(yù)后。 方法：選擇2012年1月至2013年12月到武警重慶總隊(duì)醫(yī)院住院治療的短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作患者100例，根據(jù)DWI的檢查結(jié)果將其分為DWI陽性組及DWI陰性組，分別比較兩組患者的相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素、臨床表現(xiàn)及預(yù)后轉(zhuǎn)歸。 結(jié)果：通過單因素分析兩組患者中的相關(guān)臨床特征，發(fā)現(xiàn)頸動(dòng)脈斑塊、TIA持續(xù)時(shí)間大于1小時(shí)、1周內(nèi)TIA發(fā)作次數(shù)大于等于2次具有臨床統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05），且通過隨訪3月發(fā)現(xiàn)DWI陽性組有8例發(fā)生缺血性腦血管病，，DWI陰性組有5例發(fā)生缺血性腦血管病，DWI陽性組發(fā)病率明顯高于DWI陰性組，P值小于0.05。 結(jié)論：DWI陽性與頸動(dòng)脈斑塊、TIA持續(xù)時(shí)間、1周內(nèi)TIA發(fā)作次數(shù)有關(guān)。DWI陽性者再發(fā)缺血性腦血管病的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較DWI陰性者明顯增高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the relationship between DWI positive and clinical features and prognosis in patients with transient ischemic attack (TIA). Methods: from January 2012 to December 2013, 100 patients with transient ischemic attack were selected and divided into DWI positive group and DWI negative group according to the results of DWI. The risk factors, clinical manifestations and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results: the clinical characteristics of the two groups were analyzed by univariate analysis. It was found that the frequency of TIA attacks more than 2 times within 1 hour and 1 week had a significant clinical significance (P < 0.05). After 3 months follow-up, 8 cases of ischemic cerebrovascular disease were found to be negative in DWI positive group. The incidence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in DWI positive group was significantly higher than that in DWI negative group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the incidence of recurrent ischemic cerebrovascular disease in patients with positive TIA was significantly higher than that in patients with DWI negative.
