【摘要】：癲癇是一種嚴(yán)重的神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病,其發(fā)病機(jī)制尚未完全明確,目前缺乏敏感可靠的早期診斷方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)具有臨床意義的生物標(biāo)志物具有重要意義�；蚪M學(xué)與代謝組學(xué)技術(shù)聯(lián)合應(yīng)用在生物標(biāo)志物的篩選中發(fā)揮著巨大優(yōu)勢(shì),本文主要對(duì)基因組學(xué)和代謝組學(xué)在癲癇相關(guān)生物標(biāo)志物研究中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行綜述,為癲癇生物標(biāo)志物的篩選提供新思路。
[Abstract]:Epilepsy is a serious nervous system disease, its pathogenesis has not been completely clear, the current lack of sensitive and reliable early diagnosis method, the discovery of biomarkers of clinical significance has important significance. The combined application of genomics and metabonomics plays an important role in the screening of biomarkers. In this paper, the application of genomics and metabolomics in the study of epileptic-related biomarkers is reviewed. To provide a new idea for the screening of epileptic biomarkers.
