【摘要】：隨著我國老齡化進程的加快,慢性病成為嚴重威脅國民健康的重要因素,特別是腦卒中,近年來已居國民疾病死亡原因之首位,然而我國腦卒中防控管理體系仍存在明顯不足,尚未建立覆蓋全國且行之有效的腦卒中防控管理模式,整體水平較低。歐美等發(fā)達國家的腦卒中防控管理措施已取得良好成果,國家衛(wèi)生部(現(xiàn)為國家衛(wèi)生和計劃生育委員會)已啟動腦卒中篩查與防治工程,吸取各國經(jīng)驗,探索適合中國國情的腦卒中防控管理新模式。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the aging process in China, chronic diseases have become a serious threat to national health, especially stroke. In recent years, chronic diseases have become the leading cause of death in national diseases. However, the management system of stroke prevention and control in China is still obviously inadequate. No effective stroke prevention and control management model covering the whole country has been established, and the overall level is low. In developed countries, such as Europe and the United States, good results have been achieved in stroke prevention and control measures. The Ministry of Health (now the National Health and Family Planning Commission) has started the stroke screening and prevention project, drawing on the experience of various countries. To explore a new model for stroke prevention and control in China.
