【摘要】：目的調(diào)查描述癲癇患者羞恥感的現(xiàn)狀,分析癲癇患者羞恥感的影響因素。方法采取便利抽樣的方法抽取北京某醫(yī)院就診的109例癲癇患者,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法,患者自主填寫一般資料、Kilifi癲癇患者羞恥感中文版量表、社會(huì)支持評(píng)定量表、簡(jiǎn)易應(yīng)對(duì)方式問(wèn)卷及艾森克人格問(wèn)卷簡(jiǎn)式量表中國(guó)版,應(yīng)用多元逐步回歸對(duì)癲癇患者羞恥感和11個(gè)影響因素進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 109例研究對(duì)象羞恥感得分為(8.27±5.21)。家庭人均月收入(回歸系數(shù)為-1.325,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)回歸系數(shù)為-0.209)、病程(回歸系數(shù)為1.382,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)回歸系數(shù)為0.269)、客觀支持(回歸系數(shù)為-0.474,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)回歸系數(shù)為-0.228)和對(duì)社會(huì)支持的利用度(回歸系數(shù)為-0.877,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)回歸系數(shù)為-0.291)是癲癇患者羞恥感的影響因素,解釋了總變異的27.4%。結(jié)論國(guó)內(nèi)癲癇患者的羞恥感水平對(duì)比其他發(fā)展中國(guó)家較低;社會(huì)客觀支持和對(duì)社會(huì)支持的利用度越高、家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況越好、病程越短,癲癇患者的羞恥感越低。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the present situation of shame in epileptic patients and analyze the influencing factors. Methods 109 epileptic patients in a certain hospital in Beijing were selected by convenience sampling. By questionnaire, the patients filled out the Chinese version of general information and the social support rating scale for the Chinese version of the Kilifi epileptic patients' shame scale. Simple coping style questionnaire and Eysenck Personality questionnaire Chinese version were used to analyze the shame and 11 influencing factors of epileptic patients with multiple stepwise regression. Results the shame score of 109 subjects was 8.27 鹵5.21. Average monthly household income (regression coefficient -1.325, standard regression coefficient -0.209), duration (regression coefficient 1.382, standard regression coefficient 0.269), objective support (regression coefficient -0.474, standard regression coefficient -0.228) and utilization of social support (return) The regression coefficient was -0.877 and the standard regression coefficient was -0.291). The total variation of 27.4% was explained. Conclusion the level of shame of epileptic patients in China is lower than that in other developing countries, and the higher the degree of social objective support and the use of social support, the better the family economic condition, the shorter the course of disease, the lower the sense of shame of epileptic patients.
