【摘要】：正腦卒中是一種急性腦血管疾病,其發(fā)病率高、致殘率高,給社會和家庭造成了巨大的精神壓力與經(jīng)濟負(fù)擔(dān),然而大量的研究已證實卒中康復(fù)是有效的~([1])。尤其近年來早期康復(fù)的概念深入人心,中國腦卒中醫(yī)療質(zhì)量評估(China Quality Evaluation of Stroke Care and Treatment,QUEST)也顯示應(yīng)該盡早為適宜的患者提供康復(fù)治療~([2])。早期康復(fù)治療可提高卒中患者的運動功能,提高其生活質(zhì)量。但是早期康復(fù)介入
[Abstract]:Stroke is an acute cerebrovascular disease with high incidence and high disability rate, which has caused great mental stress and economic burden to society and family. However, a large number of studies have proved that stroke rehabilitation is effective ([1]). Especially in recent years, the concept of early rehabilitation is very popular. China Quality Evaluation of Stroke Care and treatment quality assessment also shows that rehabilitation treatment should be provided to the appropriate patients as soon as possible ([2]).
