【摘要】：目的：觀察痙癱康膠囊聯(lián)合中藥藥浴改善痙攣型腦癱肌張力的臨床療效。 方法：將符合納入標準的痙攣型腦癱患兒72例,隨機分為觀察組(痙癱康膠囊聯(lián)合中藥藥浴及西藥加運動療法38例)；對照組(西藥加運動療法34例)。觀察兩組治療前后的肌張力評分,從而比較兩組肌張力改善的臨床療效。 結果：觀察組總有效率92%,對照組總有效率70%。兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。兩組患兒年齡與療效關系對比觀察中,年齡小于或等于1歲患兒的總有效率、顯效率均優(yōu)于年齡大于1歲患兒,存在統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05)。 結論：痙癱康膠囊聯(lián)合中藥藥浴在降低痙攣型腦癱的肌張力方面療效明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of spasmodic capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine to improve muscle tension of spastic cerebral palsy. Methods: a total of 72 children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group (38 cases) treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine plus exercise therapy, and control group (34 cases with western medicine plus exercise therapy). To observe the score of muscle tension before and after treatment, and to compare the clinical effect of improving muscle tension between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate was 92 in the observation group and 70 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The total effective rate of children aged less than or equal to 1 year old was better than that of children older than 1 year, and there was a statistical difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: spasmodic capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath is effective in reducing muscle tension of spastic cerebral palsy.
